once this verdammte course is over (friday), and I re-enter the working world (monday), I hope I’ll get back to the kitchen, too. some things I miss:

1.  my cereal-on-the-go container!  yes, it holds (and chills) milk too.

2.  cupcakes and other forms of baking, both in baking-blog-theory and in practice.

3.  our dear 1/2-cup measuring cup: handy for cereal, kamut, quinoa, couscous, cornmeal, and spelt.

4.  vegan cooking!  especially dry-fried tofu with chili lime glaze, kale, quinoa, and brussels sprouts.
