Internet, meet Alex.
Nearly a decade ago, we played saxophone in the pit orchestra for Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and now he owns his own cafe! Who’s the amazing technicolor one NOW, Joseph? Yeah. That’s what I thought.
Anyway, you should visit Alex, and his myriad coffees, teas, and Hungarian-Pastry-Shop-procured pastries, at Ost Cafe next time you’re in the East Village. They’ve got wi-fi, and lots of natural light, and also exposed brick and pretty wallpaper! They’ll even be open New Year’s Eve AND New Year’s Day, to keep you awake or to chase away your hangover, or just to chat and make you really good coffee.
You’ll find Ost Cafe on the northwest corner of 12th Street and Avenue A in New York City, and you’ll find Alex there all the time!
